AMP finished 4th in the Women’s Division and 3rd in the Men’s Division at the USA Ultimate Beach National Championships in May, 2017.

Each season new players make AMP more competitive, creative, and fun. We want to meet talented women and men eager to compete and improve as a team.

Rosters for our spring tournaments are being created now – email captains@phillyamp.com and share your playing experience and goals to get involved. We’re hosting pre-season workouts on April 8, 22 and 29, and tryout practices on May 7, 27, and June 3.

In 2016 AMP competed in New Jersey, Rhode Island, Ohio, Maryland, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Illinois. The team won Chesapeake Invite and the Pro Flight Finale, qualified for Nationals and finished sixth in the country.

AMP’s teams finished 2nd in Women’s Division, and 5th in Men’s Division at the 2016 USA Ultimate Beach National Championships in Virginia.

AMP is dedicated competing against the best in the country, improving as individuals and as a team, with teammates who make the hard work fun and worthwhile.

AMP 2015 welcomed 16 new teammates, our first mascot, and finished the season 11th at the Club National Championships! We competed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, Minnesota, Maryland, and Texas, won two local tournaments, topped our pool in our first two Triple Crown Tour events, and earned our 10th consecutive nationals bid. Check out our club season highlights at this link.

We’re eager to keep growing – individually, competitively, and by welcoming new members to the team – earning results on the field, respect for the way we play, and representing Philadelphia’s incredible ultimate community.

Represent Philadelphia! AMP has opportunities for men and women to join this year’s roster. We are seeking skilled players, eager to compete for championships, who enjoy preparing and improving as a team. Email captains@phillyamp.com for tryout details and to join the team email list.

In 2014 AMP travelled to Henlopen, Oaks, Minneapolis, New York, Seattle, Maryland, and Texas – camped in Delaware, cooked pizza in Sara Taggart’s backyard, and hiked the Cascades; we took over the Kreider, Carlson, and Paparone homes, a bowling alley, hotel hot tub, fire pit, several bars, and retired our party house on Moyamensing Avenue. AMP welcomed six rookies, two additional new players returning to the team, won our eighth regional title, and finished tied for ninth in the nation. AMP finished 2013 as the first USAU club regular season champions in the mixed division, and 6th at Nationals. We’re eager to continue improving this summer and are recruiting men and women interested in winning a championship for Philadelphia.
